Who are the leaders?New Horizons currently has over 20 men and women helping to lead different areas of the church community. The two main leaders (though within the church we use the term used in the Bible which is ‘elders’) are Chris Waddell and Robin Gaulton.
Chris has been the senior elder of New Horizons since 2003, and has lived in Coventry for over sixteen years, first coming here to study at the University of Warwick. Before working for the church full time, Chris was a secondary school teacher, who taught religious education and psychology.  Robin has been involved in leading at New Horizons for over ten years and has lived in Coventry for over sixteen years. He is a qualified chemist and chemical engineer and he has worked in the chemical industry and consultancy for ten years. Robin has also previously worked full time on the staff of a church in Manchester as part of its leadership team and now works as a manager in the Environment Agency.
