New Horizons has been led by our Senior Elder, Chris Waddell, since 2003. Robin Gaulton and Adrian Coles, as fellow Elders, work alongside him in an Eldership Team. Together they provide spiritual oversight and direction to the community, supported by a wider leadership team. 

Chris is motivated by a driving commitment to see people come into a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ and for all believers in the church across the world to become fully mature - attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ just as it is described in Ephesians 4:13.

In addition to their work within New Horizons, our elders Chris Waddell and Robin Gaulton serve as Coordinators in the Kingdom Community Network, part of Congress WBN. They work closely with a team of others in this region to assist with the development of church communities and Congress WBN initiatives across the UK and Europe.
