Our involvement in global initiatives - which include developing church leaders and establishing mature church communities - only has credibility because it rests upon strong spiritual life and growth at the core of our community. It is essential that we build strong families, relationships and friendships; to build agreement and oneness across the whole community, and to meet together to develop in our faith and share life. 

We know that having a clear identity as men, women and children is vital to understand how to navigate each age and stage of life. Therefore the Men, Women and Children have People Groups, each having their own schedule of meetings and activities where the vision and values of the community are translated into personal spiritual growth and practical application. 

Taking Children from birth to maturity

Our children's growth and development is equally important as the development of our men and women. We know that teaching the children our ways will set them off on the correct path towards personal faith and salvation. We have built this area very carefully based on the Word of God and prophetic words over our community because we know we need to train the next generation to take their place in the current move of God in the earth.

We have several aged groups - each designed to bring the children to maturity in God according to their age and stage of life. 

The whole community is involved in our children's work and we work together in agreement as parents, children, teachers and members
